Shipping & Return Policy

DELIVERY TIME

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a tracking link that also provides details about the estimated delivery date. Our standard delivery time is within 7 working days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns. However, in the following rare and unfortunate circumstances, we are more than willing to provide a replacement if the request is made within 14 days of order delivery:

  1. Incorrect products delivered
  2. Missing products in the order
  3. Receipt of damaged products
  4. Delivery of expired products

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requests can be made at any time before order delivery. Simply email us at support@blissplayhub.com with your Order ID, and we will proceed with the cancellation process.

For orders not yet delivered, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

For shipped orders (identified by status 'Shipped' or 'In-transit'), upon cancellation, we will inform our logistics partner to return the order. Refunds will be processed once the product is returned to our facility. Please note that refunds cannot be issued if the order has already been delivered.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. Sometimes there is a processing period before a refund is credited.
